How to use this machine:

If you do not plan to use this heat press in the US or if you are located outside of the US, please note that this machine is designed for 110V. If your location does not have this voltage, it is recommended to purchase a power adapter with a power rating of at least 1500W to convert the voltage from 220/240V to 110V. Failure to do so could result in damage to the machine, for which we will not be held responsible.

What is the white cloth for and do I need to keep it?

The white cloth provided is a Teflon cloth, used to protect both the T-shirt and the heating plate during the transfer process. It is recommended to place the T-shirt on the bottom, followed by the heat transfer paper and then the Teflon cloth to ensure optimal results.

The machine appears to fluctuate in temperature, should I return it?

It is normal for the temperature to fluctuate slightly during use, especially when transferring heat from a room temperature T-shirt to the heating plate. The machine will automatically adjust and heat back up to the set temperature within a minute for subsequent transfers. These minor fluctuations should not impact the overall transfer process. If this feature is a concern, please reconsider before making a purchase.

Is a printer necessary for using this machine? And if so, what type of printer is compatible with this heat press?

A printer is not required to use this heat press machine independently. However, if you choose to purchase a printer for use with the machine, ensure it meets the following criteria: 1. Brand: Epson (other brands may not be compatible). 2. Style: Color inkjet printer. 3. The printer paper and ink should be specifically designed for heat transfer purposes.
